Ireland at MIPIM 2026
A coordinated national platform connecting global capital with Ireland’s housing ambition.
Ireland is entering a major phase of housing delivery, aiming to deliver at least 300,000 new homes by 2030. Alongside unprecedented State investment, attracting private capital will be essential.
The new Action Plan Delivering Homes, Building Communities sets out a clear, stable policy framework to 2030, designed to support viability and strengthen investor confidence.
As part of this effort, the Irish Government is leading a coordinated national presence at MIPIM 2026, one of the world’s leading real estate and investment forums.
Ireland at MIPIM is a not-for-profit initiative, delivered in partnership with the private sector for the benefit of Ireland’s real estate community. Its goal is to showcase Ireland as a competitive destination for investment in housing, infrastructure, and related development.
This initiative is being supported & coordinated by the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage (DHLGH), the Department of Finance (DOF), the Irish Strategic Investment Fund (ISIF), the Housing Agency, and industry partners.
MIPIM is the world’s leading real estate marketplace. Established in 1990, it brings together more than 20,000 senior leaders from across global real estate and investment. Ninety countries participate, representing more than four trillion euro in assets under management.
